Cost of an Effective Education

Full tuition, fees, and charges are due upon course registration. College of Faith reserves the right to change tuition, fees, and other charges as deemed necessary, without prior notice.

College of Faith Refund Policy

 

Students officially withdrawing from a course or general education course during the education period they are eligible for a refund. Students withdrawing after the normal refund period will not receive a refund. 

 

Bookstore Return Policy

Sales are final (no refunds or exchanges) on all textbooks and any other printed or electronic media.

 

Non-textbook merchandise or Used items o purchased on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

No shipping charges are refunded.

 

A student officially withdrawing by the last college business day prior to the start of a class is eligible for a 100 percent refund of tuition and applicable fees,

 

100% refund prior to the first day of class 

100% refund during the week following the start of class  

50% refund during the second week (the next 7 calendar day period) 

0% refund after the second week 

 

**If you are receiving a scholarship the tuition deposit is non-refundable because of the time, effort, expenses, commitment and investment the college has placed in you attending College of Faith.  

All  degree-seeking undergraduates must pay a $500 non-refundable advance tuition deposit to reserve a spot at the college.

BEFORE PAYING YOUR NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, PLEASE NOTE:

  • The tuition deposit is applied to your tuition after classes begin.

  • If you cancel or change your semester of enrollment, you forfeit your deposit.

  • Pay your deposit well in advance—it may take three business days to process your deposit.
